The National Parks New Single Places
Five-piece indie-rock band The National Parks hail from Provo, Utah have released their new single "Places" which has amassed over 120,000 plays on Spotify thus far. The indie-alternative band offers an inviting sound with lead singer and guitarist Brady Parks, co-vocalist and keyboardist Sydney Macfarlane, electric guitarist John Hancock, Cam Brannelly on drums and Megan Taylor Parks rounding things out on violin.

This summer’s Live @ Sunset Marquis Music Series is being produced by Tyler Barth alongside co-founders, Chris Cope and Evan Brau. Tyler’s been affiliated with the summer series since 2013 and in 2017 he’s taken on the role of producer for Live @ Sunset Marquis which most significantly includes booking all talent and making sure the right crowd packs the house.

Barth's entrepreneurial background in entertainment spans a number of ventures as a music promoter, artist manager, and record label head. On Friday, July 14, Barth delivered LA-based alt-rock band Grizfolk as well as San Diego psychedelic band The Verigolds, giving people an experience like no other in the outdoor oasis setting at one of West Hollywood's most storied hotels. After playing a killer performance last summer, Grizfolk returned playing crowd favorites "The Struggle" and "The Ripple" and shared their latest tune "In My Arms" which features Jamie N Commons. The Verigolds played for the first time at Sunset Marquis, including trippy song "Crossfire" the free-flowing "All The Same" and shared newly-released feel-good single"Walk On Water." Both bands embodied the Rock Love Magic lifestyle for a truly inspiring night under the stars with friends and cocktails.
Revelers enjoyed Peroni, the official beer of this summer’s Live @ Sunset Marquis Music Series and enjoyed the night's festivities thanks to loyal partners like Gibson, Blue Microphones, Morrison Hotel Gallery and Nightbird Recording Studios.
